So yeah, about the jellyfish. My sis's bf bought these jellyfishes and they're now kept as jellyfish pets in my room. I totally touched it and they don't sting you at all! :D How cool's that!! They're almost transparent so LED lights are put at the bottom of the tank to see them clearly!

As mentioned in previous post, flo, ken and I got onto the Singapore Flyer! Tickets were only $10 each because of the student price! Flo and I were wearing heels, and we RAN ALL THE WAY from the MRT to the ticket counter to catch the very very last ride @10.15pm!

And when we reached there panting and flustered, the guy at the ticket counter was like o_o
and Flo was like "Please? We ran all the way here"
and he replied "Alrights, but you guys have to run up to catch the last one"

Epic! And we totally had a moment of spasm when we went in because WE HAD THE WHOLE CABIN TO OURSELVES! ^o^

Okay enough babbling. It happened a long time ago anyway!

Well it's been awhile since I've even entered "blogger.com". I lost my DSLR's charger, couldn't upload any pictures even though there were a lot of pics taken last month.

Honestly, no matter how much I had been there for my friends, I never once felt important to any one of them.
But ironically, the person whom I've never been there for, treats me like I'm someone special. *heart breaks

Gosh, after being upset for so many bloody times, I promise I'm never gona be too trusting again to anyone. Few days back I was trying so hard to keep my mental state. I thought I had it under perfect control last year. Boooo~ Long way to go graceeee!

Gona build up my walls, make sure I'm guarded, shut my heart and seal my feelings. I'll still talk & laugh, but its different now.

Alrights, will find a time to escape for awhile to snap some sceneries. Somewhere.. Wherever the bus takes me, Idk. Looking at clouds soothes me. CAN'T WAIT! :D

Again, I've been feeling kinda down for certain reasons. Plus, haven't met up with flo and ken for donkey years I'm really missing out in their lives.

I've also been thinking about this.
I know I may seem like two totally different person inside and outside of school, but I'm sorry I can't help it. I wish too, that I could be as funny and confident of myself as I am outside, I wish that I could look the same without my hair extensions. (I absolutely LOVE my short hair too) But honestly, I couldn't have built that sort of esteem in school. I'm more outgoing outside, y'know.

Truth is, there's so much that I wish to tell my school friends about me but there's probably tons of stuffs that I tend to keep as a secret. But its okay even if there's a whole part of me that they don't know, because that's not what made us friends. We were friends because we got along well. If there was more quality time together, prob after O'levels, I'm sure I'll be able to talk more.
I just didn't wana come across as someone who is distancing myself on purpose, or someone who has outrageously different personalities both inside and outside of school. I'd feel madly insane if anyone were to hate me for that.

I can only say that without them, school is unbearable and I've come to love them a lot. They make my last year in school enjoyable, something that I'd never thought I could experience. I cherish them so much, they probably never knew about it because I'm not the kind that show it obviously.

Shopped at a flea market @ Scape today. Woooo~ ^o^
The flea market @ Scape is by far the best I've been to! Best of all, I went with flo♥ Haven't gone out with her in ages.

School has been taking up so much time, and I stay back almost everyday till evening. Also, I was sick for a few days this week and it's amazing that I managed to attend school & tolerate the headache during lessons.

Chi chi is licking my hand now as I'm typing, so cute ^^
So anyway, I just realised that my pictures are in the other laptop which just so happen to crash. Hmm lucky. ;/

Chii chii is sick.. Sis brought him to the vet and she came back showing me chii chii with a collar funnel. ;o

Look at those damn innocent eyes he's giving! He looks at me like that all the time, but he looks extra pitiful this time because his neck is collared with a funnel. :(

Esther said that at the vet's clinic, the other people waiting in queue were all attracted by chii chii's cuteness. LOL. They kept complimenting him ^-^

I hope he grows faster. I don't mind if he doesn't look so cute anymore- I just don't want him to be so bloody weak, making us worry all the time.

Anyway. MY CLASS HAS 20 PEOPLE SICK TODAY OMGOSH. 6 didn't come to school. ;o Okay, I hope everyone will recover soon. Chii chii too!

After today, frequency of updates will be really random & irregular. School reopens.. & I'll need to keep up with my studies for the next 4 months before I can go wild & crazy.

Its actually really bad keeping a kitten this young because it should rightfully be in it's mother's care. (I didn't cruelly take it away from its mum- it was found abandoned somewhere.)

But since I have it now, I have to bear the responsibility of being its substitute mother. It's like some damn small weakling. Its only 2-3 weeks old leh! I have to give it lotsa attention till it's a 4-5 months-old kitten, probably.

I totally know how it feels like to be a mother now.

Flo and I checked out the Henderson Waves.
Standing at 36 meters above Henderson Road, it is the tallest pedestrian bridge in Singapore!

The bridge has this giant wave-like structure, & its really nice at night!

ALRIGHT, PLEASE DON'T JUST GLANCE THROUGH THE PICS :(
Read what I've got to say first!

Okay, if you didn't know yet, Flo and I like to go to random places exploring.
Like, we visit less crowded areas, drop by interesting flea markets or get down at any train station and walk.

So yeah! We chanced upon this beautiful place recently, and I fell in love with it instantly.

OKAY, THERE WAS THIS OLD BUILDING WHICH TOTALLY CHARMED ME.
I was damn excited luh. There was not a single soul in there!
Flo and I were scared to walk up at first, thinking there might be some foreign workers sleeping upstairs..

But we climbed upstairs anyway.

We couldn't explore further inside. The gate was locked.

And we lingered there for a while.. It was so quiet, even the camera's shutter sound was louder than our voices.

When we walked further, we found this old 'caged-up' area.

& there's this waterfront too.

Wanted to climb up the watch-tower, but it was locked.

y'know, someone once told me before that in a photograph, people compliment each other's looks. So you tend to look nicer in group pictures than indivual shots.

AHHH. I'VE GOT A GAZILLION PICS WITH ME RIGHT NOW I CAN'T BLOG THEM ALL AT ONCE.

I'm terrible :(
I've been out and about running from place to place, when exams were already nearing.

I couldn't help it, there are many nice places that I'm dying to take photos at.

Firstly! I witnessed the opening of the Singapore Arts Festival. It was this "Fire Garden Installation" and the WHOLE Esplande area was lined up with pots of burning fire. The trees looked like there were fairy dusts on them, seriously!

It made the whole area light up in orange glow, and I was there at night.
IMAGINE. :D

Secondly, I took some shots at Haji lane, but because it was an impromptu visit, I didn't bring my DSLR along and only got to snap pics with a 5mp cam. :/

Thirdly, it's International Musuem Day! All musuems in SG were of free admission on 23 March! If you didn't go, you missed out!

Okay! I'm quite happy with the shots in the museum that day. Happy NOT because I think I'm so damn pro, but because my photography improved. Since there were lots of things to take pics of, I got the chance to practice a lot. And then, the more I shot, the more comfortable it got. XD

If you're wondering where's the camwhore pics of Chuan Ting, XinYing and I, I'll post them soon! I don't feel like mixing pictures of us with the the museum items. >_<

Headed out last weekend, but I only managed to finish uploading all the pics today.
We went to Marina Barrage :D

Notice, he said that in 1987. Now, true enough, after 20 years, Marina Barrage really is built! HE IS A GENIUS.

So anyway, it was already gona rain when we arrived. Still, the clouds were stunning.

The shuttle bus there was like, M.I.A so we bloody hell walked all the way from Marina Bay MRT station to Marina Barrage.
The place was kinda scary cuz the route was located near the foreign worker's dormitory.. but I liked it somehow.

I like pictures of mechanical structures. Don't ask me why I see the beauty in it, I just do.

I was wearing my high wedges and I got a blister when I walked too much.

This was outside Promenade MRT station. Flo and I were checking out the MRT Circle Line last month. XD

Anyway, 3 days ago was the birthday of a important person of my past. XD
I felt bloody vulnerable that day.
I didn't remember it intentionally. My heart just sends me an alarm every year on this date for no reason.

I wish I could have told him "happy birthday" but I couldn't write on his facebook wall cuz I haven't created facebook. Then I saw that his wall was flooded with other people's bithday wishes and it made me feel so left out. XD

Oh gosh this week is finally over.
So much has happened recently.
Well, I just wana say.

I experienced this screwed up shit 2 years ago because of Tom(& friends). No one in school helped me. Rather, I was not open to people back then.

This year, something ridiculous happened, and now Tom is going through whatever screwed up shit I had went through previously.

LOL. What kind of coincidental/retribution shit is this? XD
Anyhow, Tom has been my good friend for the past one year, so I helped him nevertheless.

PLUS, my girlfriend was involved, so I couldn't ditch her in that situation.
I only wish I had received help back then too. y'know.. just sayin.

and duh, Tom is obviously a fake name.
everything's kinda settled down now, yay! No more school-drama-rama.

Higher ISO value gives you brighter, richer atmosphere. Does it? XD

OMG, WHY DOES MY HAIR ONLY FALL IN PLACE SO NICELY WHEN I'M OUT, NOT IN SCHOOL.

Every weekday mornings, my hair has cowlicks, sways uncontrollably and curls at the ends. I don't see the point of straightening my hair damit. I'm destined to look horrible in school.

I've been keeping this for over a year now.
I hate emotional attachments.
People walk in and out of me, and I feel terrible. I feel abused.

I've let my guard down too often, and I've allowed people to enter into my world.

My polaroid camera spoiled, damit! It was bought from a blogshop, there's no warranty whatsoever. Costs quite a lot, it breaks my heart :(

I'm gona attend some photography workshop later, can't wait!
Wonder if I can be a part-time photographer as my side income or something. I've got a reaaaally long way to go though.

Sometimes, what I think is pretty in my eyes is weird to my friends. Then, I'ld cheer myself up by thinking that they're the ones who don't know how to appreciate it. heh XD

Went out with geok theng and ruey shien on a freakin' triple date w/ their boyfriends on Good Friday. Will probably elaborate more when I get my hands on those pictures.

p.s, no, its not what ya' thinking of. I was rather, quite heart broken that day.

Its over.

I still feel a tiny bit of bitterness when I think of 2009's SYF.
I feel like there's so many things that I haven't voiced out,
so much emotions confined.

When I never once showed my tears, I was thought to be heartless towards choir.
They thought I didn't care.

I have never influenced anyone to hate choir. Felt bloody screwed up when I was thought to be the bloody leader of rebellion.
I don't know what on earth I did to give that sort of impression.
I don't care who thinks what anymore. My conscience is clear.

My only mistake was in my lack of courage to step up as a senior.

I have truly loved this choir family. Really. Sincerely. Believe it or not.
I loved singing with everyone.
Thats all there is.
I'll remember everyone.

I've sung my last note. I'm leaving.

FINALLY.
We had lotsa fun that day. It happened 2 weeks ago, but yeah.

It was raining that day. Sucked at first, but I kept praying for the rain to go away, and God gave me fine weather few hours later.

The pictures would have looked nicer if they were taken with a DSLR!

I like the sweet taste of sunshine after rain after all.
I thought a rainy day on a beach would have sucked ultimately.

I'm gona save up for my own DSLR.
I like taking nice pictures. lotsa them.

As much as how everyone wants a DSLR, I want one too.
Its so popular that having one is like a fashion statement already.
and I hate that.

URGH. I dislike how people use DSLRs to look cool. I get jealous. XD
if you really like photography, you don't have to brag about it.

Its worse when you try too hard. "you know that camera that everyone wants? I want it,

Never in my life would I have imagined I would get to touch such a gigantic dog!
Its a Husky, but I nicknamed it The Wolf Dog since I was young & ignorant. XD

He's my aunt's dog.

When he stood up, he was easily able to conquer me.(I'm small, I admit!)
which was kinda scary at first. I thought he had wanted to pounce on me, but he licked my face instead. (whole cheek was wet with saliva XD)

He's like super affectionate, just like any other dog! (minus the occasional loud scary barking)

I think this husky was the only amazing thing that made me happy during CNY. The rest were pretty normal.

p.s, mum sis and I watched a movie together. Its been so many years since that happened.

Secondly, I wanted to make my own costume to not loose the meaning of it.
like, you should sew your own costumes to feel proud of it, no? XD

I'm a typical plain jane. A very short one at that.

In school, my name was Plain Jane. I looked everything of a Plain Jane.
Top to toe, I spelled Plain-Jane.
Jane gets average Joe. I had none.

But, someone told me all that I was that everyone else didn't.

She was the first person in school to ever use the word pretty on me and

went for ngee ann poly's open house on saturday with chuan ting, xin ying, wan wei, kou cai.
jun rui and yan fei were there, but we went our separate ways.
yuan yu, kai yi and brenda went off early to go to nanyang poly.
